The three storey residence of 340 m2 extends vertical to the steeply inclined site, in order to achieve a much smaller façade at street level than the actual size of the building.

The top floor at street level accommodates a private living room with an office space and the master bedroom of the owners. The privacy of the owners from incoming guests is secured via an external staircase leading from street level to the second and mid-level floor. In this level the dining, living and kitchen areas are deployed in an open arrangement.

Using the volume effect the high ceiling living room with the large openings allows the unimpeded view towards the sea from the street level floor.

Two more bedrooms with individual dressing rooms and bathrooms and a common living room are located on the third level facing the pool area.
