In the evolving urban landscape of Maroussi, which is dynamically emerging as Athens’ new work-and-life hub, the architectural firm KP Architects undertook the design of M_TWELVE, a three-story building of luxury residences.
The project, developed by Verde Plus Construction, stands out for its prime location, as it is in direct contact with a park while also being very close to Kifissias Avenue and the vibrant commercial center of Maroussi.
The challenge for our team was to design a building of contemporary aesthetics that simultaneously offers high energy-performance standards and optimal ergonomic design.
The composition unfolds over three levels and is conceptually organized into two volumes, with façades facing Leukosias and Xilouri streets. The two ground-floor apartments feature private garden areas with swimming pools, while the remaining residences enjoy spacious balconies.
The building accommodates a total of eight apartments ranging from 70 to 140 sq.m., designed with a focus on ergonomics, privacy, and flexibility of use.
Our goal was to create a timeless building that responds to the demands of contemporary living without sacrificing a sense of calm and intimacy. The selection of natural materials, the color palette, and the clean geometric design are integrated into the area’s serene environment, enhancing neighborhood cohesion and delivering a high-quality residential footprint.
