Overlooking the bay of Vouliagmeni, on the hillside above the coastal avenue, the top floor of a 1970s residential complex was completely redesigned to meet the needs of its new owners.

The previously small spaces were removed, and new, larger, and more spacious areas were designed. The design philosophy shifts, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen being unified to create a lighter aesthetic, oriented towards the impressive sea view. Meanwhile, the master bedroom gains more space by discreetly incorporating the bathroom and dressing room within the room.

The canvas is completed by clean surfaces with earthy tones, wooden panels and modern natural materials, while the choice of furniture, which complements the interior decoration, was made based on the philosophy of a “modern – classic house”.
