The Architectural Study concerns the redesign of two existing buildings with a total area of 3000m², on a plot located in the quiet suburb of Pefki.

The goal of the design is to provide a new concept that embraces both the exterior shell of the two buildings and the interior typology of the apartments, creating fresh living conditions.

The intervention is thorough. Only the structure of the building as well as part of the external walls are preserved, while all internal partitions are demolished.

The new apartments vary in size and characteristics to meet the building requirements of the project. The two buildings consist of 12 apartments ranging from 75m² to 130m², and 14 maisonettes from 140m² to 160m².

All ground-floor apartments open onto private gardens offering the option of a private pool, while the upper-floor apartments have glazed doors opening onto wide balconies maximizing the spaciousness main living areas.

Special emphasis was placed on ergonomics, the functionality of spaces, and high aesthetics, while the entire project was aimed at implementing the latest energy systems, contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and the improvement of energy efficiency.
